Cancelled for 2020

The Student Research Symposium scheduled for April 18 2020 has been cancelled in alignment with the current direction of the Provincial Health Officer for events of this size.

We hope you understand this decision considering the context in which we are currently operating, and the necessity of following the direction of health authorities in addressing the evolving situation of COVID-19. For now, we ask for everyone’s understanding and cooperation in taking the steps necessary to reduce the risk of exposure to illness.

Thank you for your support and we hope to see you at next year’s event!

Our fourth annual Student Research Symposium will showcase Capilano students sharing research-based capstone projects with peers, faculty, family, friends, and the wider community.

Presenters will include students who are completing, or have completed, a faculty-supervised research project in fulfillment of their degree requirements from the following programs:

Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Applied Behaviour Analysis

Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Liberal Studies

Bachelor of Communication Studies

Bachelor of Early Childhood Care and Education

Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis
